He holds a Bachelor of Science with honours in Applied Geology from the University of Strathclyde. His operating career includes Britoil, BP and Elf, and the vice-presidency of Romanian operations at Sterling Resources, where he led the discovery and the start of development of the Ana and Doina gas complex in the Black Sea. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and of the Association of International Energy Negotiators, and is responsible for subsurface judgement, the remaining work programme and operatorship.

​  Lindiwe Marian NgwenyaChief Investment OfficerChief Investment Officer of Crystal Partners, leading Crystal Partners' Global Investments platform; she holds the same office on Ossian. She is responsible for capital allocation on the farm-in programme: the economics of each pack, the paying-interest and carry, the sources and uses of funds, and the work that sits alongside the London admission.

​  Wandisa MaphalalaChief Growth OfficerChief Growth Officer of Crystal Partners and a partner of the firm in London; she holds the same office on Ossian. She is responsible for growth of the opportunity set in Nigeria, the Gulf of Guinea, South Africa and the ROMPCO corridor, and for the partnerships an incoming London company cannot run from a registered office: indigenous counterparties, industrial offtakers and the local-content vehicles that sit on a farm-in.
